摘要
通过观察研究库拉索芦荟花提取物对斑马鱼体内ROS水平影响,测试库拉索芦荟花提取物的抗氧化功效,实验结果表明,芦荟花提取物在低浓度下对LPS刺激产生的ROS分泌量均具有显著的抑制作用,研究证明芦荟花提取物在化妆品应用中具备显著的抗氧化功效。
By observing and studying the effect of Aloe Vera flower extract on the ROS level of zebrafish and testing the antioxidant effect of Aloe Vera flower extract,the experimental results show that the concentration of Aloe Vera flower extract at low concentration can significantly inhibit the production of ROS produced by LPS stimulation,and the research shows that Aloe Vera flower extract has significant antioxidant effect in cosmetics application.
