摘要
探究伊犁薰衣草幼苗根际真菌的种类及筛选出具有抑菌活性的真菌。采用倍比稀释法、平板划线法及滤纸片法分离纯化及筛选具有抑菌活性的薰衣草幼苗根际土壤真菌。在薰衣草幼苗根际土壤中分离纯化并筛选得到6株对大肠杆菌,枯草芽孢杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌有抑菌作用的真菌菌株分别为YSZ-2、YSZ-5、YSZ-7、YSZ-13、YSZ-23、YSZ-25。经鉴定为赭绿青霉菌(Penicillium ochrochloron)、卷枝毛霉菌(Mucor circinelloides)、球毛壳菌(Chaetomium mega-locarpum)、里氏木霉菌(Trichoderma lixii)、尖芽孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)、木贼镰孢菌(Fusarium equiseti)。从伊犁薰衣草幼苗根际土壤分得6株对大肠杆菌,枯草芽孢杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌有抑菌作用的真菌菌株,为后续进一步研究薰衣草与微生物相互作用奠定下基础。
To explore the types of fungi in the rhizosphere of Yili lavender seedlings and to screen out the fungi with antibacterial activity.The rhizosphere soil fungi of lavender seedlings with antibacterial activity were isolated,purified and screened by doubling dilution method,plate streak method and filter paper method.In the rhizosphere soil of lavender seedlings,six fungal strains with antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus were isolated,purified and screened,namely YSZ-2,YSZ-5,YSZ-7 and YSZ-13,YSZ-23,YSZ-25.It was identified as Penicillium ochrochloron,Mucor circinelloides,Chaetomium megalocarpum,Trichoderma lixii,Fusarium oxysporum,Fusarium equiseti.From the rhizosphere soil of Ili lavender seedlings,6 fungal strains with antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus were isolated,which laid the foundation for further research on the interaction between lavender and microorganisms.
