摘要
目的研究细梗胡枝子(Lespedeza virgate)中的黄酮类化学成分。方法对细梗胡枝子乙醇提取液的正丁醇部分进行反复分离纯化,根据光谱数据和理化性质确定化合物结构。结果从细梗胡枝子的地上部分分离得到8个黄酮类化合物,分别为苜蓿素(Ⅰ)、山奈酚(Ⅱ)、芹菜素(Ⅲ)、山奈酚苷(Ⅳ)、桑色素(Ⅴ)、木犀草素(Ⅵ)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L鼠李糖苷(Ⅶ)、柯伊利素H-7-O-β-D-芦丁糖苷(Ⅷ)。结论Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到,Ⅷ为首次从胡枝子属植物中分离获得。
Objective To study the contents of the flavonoids in the extract ofLespedeza virgate. Methods The constituents in the ethanol extraction of the aerial parts ofLespedeza virgate were isolated and purified using column chromatography, and the isolated compounds were identified according to their physicochemical and spectral data. Results and Conclusion Eight flavonoids were isolated find identified as tricin (Ⅰ), kaempferol (Ⅱ), apigenin (Ⅲ), kaempferitrin (Ⅳ), morin (Ⅴ), luteolin (Ⅵ), quercetin-3-O-a-L-rhamnoside (Ⅷ), chrysoeriol-7-rutinoside (Ⅷ). The compounds Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴand Ⅵ were isolated for the fast time from the plant, and the compound Ⅷ was isolated from this genus for the first time.
