摘要
社会组织参与人才治理体系正日益受到重视,而社会组织吸纳学生实习的渠道却长期被忽略。基于扎根理论和要素有用理论,该文利用Nvivo 12软件对反映社会组织的实习生招募信息进行质性分析,进而对这些资料进行了三级编码,形成了与之相匹配的概念类属。这些招募信息在职业素养、职业技能、教育背景和福利收获等方面进行了具体规范,其中既存在普适性要求,也反映了社会组织对实习生的特定要求。
The participation of social organizations in the talent governance system is getting more and more attention, while the channels for social organizations to absorb students’ internship have been neglected for a long time, lacking in research and practice. Under the guidance of grounded theory and factor useful theory, Nvivo 12 software is used to conduct qualitative analysis of network information reflecting the recruitment needs of trainees of social organizations.Based on the three-level coding, different levels of genera are obtained. These job postings specify professional literacy, professional skills, educational background and benefits. It not only has the requirement of universality, but also reflects the unique requirement of social organizations for trainees.
