摘要
实习规章是高职院校顶岗实习教育的纲领性文件,然而其文本却缺乏对实习生权益保障的措施,没有突出实习生权益保障的地位,权益范围狭窄,缺乏权益救济,缺少足够的执行力。高职院校必须采取针对性措施对实习规章的缺失内容予以完善,这对于解决实习生权益受侵的现实问题至关重要。
Practice regulations are programmatic documents of practice education in higher vocational colleges. However, it lacks measures to protect the rights and interests of interns. The text does not attach much importance to the rights and interests of interns. This is one of the main causes of interns’ rights abuse. Internship regulations of higher vocational college do not highlight the status of interns’ rights and interests protection, the scope of rights and interests is narrow, lack of rights and interests relief, lack of adequate enforcement. In view of these problems, it must take measures to perfect the practice regulations in higher vocational colleges. This is crucial for implementing the spirit of relevant laws and policies and solving the practical problems of interns’ rights and interests being assaulted.
