摘要
智慧社会来临对当今大学生就业提出了新的要求,一定程度加重了大学生就业心理压力并使之呈现出新表现与新特征。对智慧社会大学生就业心理压力消解进行探索,是有效减轻大学生就业压力的必要尝试,具有十分重要的现实意义。
The advent of smart society has put forward new requirements for the employment of undergraduate students today,which has increased their psychological pressure on employment,and embodies with new manifestations and features to some certain extent.Therefore,it is necessary to explore countermeasures against the psychological pressure on employment of undergraduates in smart society so as to effectively alleviate their employment pressure,which is of great practical significance.
