摘要
学业倦怠不仅关系到学生的个人发展,还可能对人才培养质量和社会产生负面影响。大学生学业倦怠的成因包括个人心理特质、学习环境、社会文化背景等多方面。基于此,提出了一系列针对性的建议,旨在帮助高校和教育工作者更好地理解和应对学业倦怠问题,从而促进学生心理健康,提高教育效果。
Academic burnout is not only related to the personal development of students,but also may have a negative impact on the quality of education and the cultivation of talents in society.The causes of college students'academic burnout include individual psychological characteristics,learning environment,social and cultural background and so on.Based on this,a series of targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to help universities and educators better understand and deal with the problem of academic burnout,so as to promote students'mental health and improve the educational effect.
