摘要
目的:研究公立医院职能部门管理人员绩效考核开展情况,分析存在的问题,并提出改善建议。方法:通过问卷调查、分层抽样的形式,收回全国25个省份150所二级及以上公立医院的调查问卷,运用SPSS 25.0对统计结果进行差异性分析。结果:公立医院针对职能部门管理人员开展绩效考核的比率为59.33%,西部地区医院绩效考核周期与东部、中部地区医院之间存在差异。结论:公立医院管理人员绩效考核开展尚需完善,建议提高医院对管理人员绩效考核的重视程度,完善绩效考核指标体系建设,以绩效考核推动医院战略目标的实现。
Objective:This paper studies the development of performance appraisal of managers in functional departments of public hospitals in China,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.Methods:Through the form of self-made questionnaire random survey,150 secondary and above public hospitals in 25 provinces were surveyed.SPSS 25.0 was used to analyze the statistical results.Results:The proportion of public hospitals in China to carry out performance appraisals for managers of functional departments is 59.33%.Conclusion:The implementation of performance appraisal of management personnel in public hospitals in China needs to be improved.It is suggested that hospitals should pay more attention to the performance appraisal of management personnel,improve the construction of performance appraisal index system,and promote the realization of hospital strategic goals by performance appraisal.
