摘要
职能部门作为医院的行政管理部门,在绩效考核指标、计算方法有别于临床医技部门,因此需要建立使用于职能部门中层干部的3D绩效考核模式。该模式运行中存在缺少客观量化指标、考核评价效果降低、考核结果未能有效运用等问题,建议通过增加客观量化指标、委托第三方机构考评、注重考核结果的指导与运用等措施改善和提升。
As the administrative department of the hospital,functional departments are different from clinical medical technology departments in terms of performance appraisal indicators and calculation methods.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a 3D performance appraisal model for middle-level cadres in functional departments.There are problems in the operation of this model such as the lack of objective quantitative indicators,the reduction of assessment and evaluation effects,and the failure to effectively use assessment results.It is recommended to improve and improve through measures such as adding objective quantitative indicators,entrusting third-party assessments,and focusing on the guidance and application of assessment results.
