摘要
为了解大学生职业决策的现状及其影响因素,分析一般自我效能感、应对方式和职业决策困难的关系,采用“职业决策困难量表”“一般自我效能感量表”和“简易应对方式问卷”调查451名大学生,结果发现:1)大学生职业决策困难处于中等水平;2)职业决策困难的性别差异不显著,学生干部任职和年级差异显著;3)职业决策困难与一般自我效能感、积极应对方式存在显著负相关,积极应对方式在一般自我效能感和职业决策困难的关系研究中起部分中介作用.
In order to understand the current situation of college students’career decision-making and its influencing factors,analyzing the relationship between general self-efficacy,coping style and career decision-making difficulties,the“Career Decision-making Difficulty Scale”“General Self-efficacy Scale”and“Easy Coping”were used,Methods Questionnaire surveyed 451 college students and found that:first,college students'career decision-making difficulties were at a moderate level;second,the gender differences in career decision-making difficulties were not significant,and the differences in student cadre positions and grades were significant;third,career decision-making difficulties were not significantly different from those in general.There was a significant negative correlation between self-efficacy and positive coping style,and positive coping style played a partial mediating role in the relationship between general self-efficacy and career decision difficulties.
