摘要
大学毕业生的职业决策能力总体上处于中等水平;大学毕业生的职业成熟度和职业决策困难密切相关,职业成熟度越高,职业决策能力也越高,职业成熟度中的职业参照、职业目标、职业自主三维度对于职业决策能力有显著的预测作用。
College graduates＂ ability to make career decision on the whole reaches the intermediate level,. going hand in hand with their career maturity. College graduates＂ career reference, career objective and career autonomy can foretell fairly well their decision--making ability regarding their career.
