摘要
创新创业教育是提高人才综合素质的有效途径,是高校教育教学改革的重要内容。加强实践平台建设有助于深化创新创业教育发展。在充分利用学校学科资源和优势的基础上,以培养学生创新创业能力为核心思想,对构建大学生赛车实践平台开展研究,创建“肯赛”“吉速”“吉智”三大平台,并鼓励学生勇于开展创新科研实践。通过探索创新创业人才培养体系,制定创新创业大学生赛车实践平台管理制度,实行创新创业能力培养综合方案,使大学生赛车实践平台成为集教学实验、技术开发、实践检验于一体的多维度、多效益综合平台,应用该平台对学生专业基础知识和综合实践能力开展针对性训练,在创新创业能力提升、竞赛获奖等方面均取得了显著成效,对于培养新工科背景下复合型人才具有一定的借鉴意义。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an effective way to improve the overall quality of talents and an important part of the reform of education and teaching in colleges and universities.Strengthening the construction of practice platforms will help deepen the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.On the basis of making full use of the discipline resources and advantages of Jilin University,the article takes the cultivation of students’innovation and entrepreneurial ability as the core idea,and conducts research on the construction of college students’racing practice platform.We create three platforms of“Conception”,“Gspeed”and“Jizhi”,and encourage students to have the courage to carry out innovative scientific research practices.We explore the innovative and entrepreneurial talent training system actively,formulate the management system of the innovative and entrepreneurial college students’racing practice platform,and implement a comprehensive training program for innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities.The college student racing practice platform becomes a multi-dimensional and multi-benefit comprehensive platform integrating teaching experiments,technology development,and practice testing.The application of this platform has carried out targeted training for students’professional basic knowledge and comprehensive practical ability,and has achieved remarkable results in the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship ability and competition awards.It has certain guiding significance for cultivating compound talents under the background of new engineering.
