摘要
本文首先给出了智慧物流与智能制造产业分析,其次通过对智慧物流与智能制造两业融合时代背景下物流人才社会需求变化的调查分析,总结出智能制造与智慧物流两业融合背景下物流人才需求现状,然后再围绕"人才培养定位"、"专业师资队伍建设""课程体系改革"及"实训基地建设"四个重点领域,对构建基于智能制造下的"智慧物流"人才培养进行深入的探讨和研究。
Firstly,this paper gives the analysis of intelligent logistics and intelligent manufacturing industry.Secondly,through the investigation and analysis of the changes in the social demand for logistics talents under the background of the integration of intelligent logistics and intelligent manufacturing,this paper summarizes the current situation of the demand for logistics talents under the background of the integration of intelligent manufacturing and intelligent logistics,and then focuses on the"talent training orientation".In the four key areas of"professional teaching staff construction","curriculum system reform"and"training base construction",this paper makes an in-depth discussion and research on the construction of"smart logistics"talent training based on intelligent manufacturing.
