摘要
通过分析面向国际的现代物流人才需求十分强烈与当前我国物流人才教育不能满足这种需求的实际,设计出了面向国际的现代物流人才的培养体系,包括人才知识体系与培养思路。
Through analyzing the conflict between the great demand of internationally-oriented modern logistics professional talents and the incapability of the Chinese logistics education of meeting such demand, the paper proposes a training system for the cultivation of the professionals in need and details its professional knowledge requirements and training approachs.
