摘要
探究互联网时代的用户需求,以台式、一体式电脑为例,利用大数据用户画像和KJ-AHP法建立用户需求指标体系,由此对用户需求研究方法进行创新。基于双钻石模型,创新研究结构;通过大数据用户画像,定位访谈用户;通过问卷法、访谈法探究用户需求;使用KJ亲和图整理用户需求;最终通过问卷和访谈法以及AHP法得出各用户需求指标的权重值。得到用户需求优先级列表。通过实践证明,基于双钻石模型、以大数据用户画像为基础、结合K J-AHP分析法的研究方法具有极高的可行性和可适用性。可以为今后其他产品设计提供有效的方法论支持。
This paper explores the user needs in the Internet era.Taking desktop and all-in-one computer as an example,it uses big data user portrait and KJAHP method to establish the user needs index system,so as to innovate the user needs research method.Based on the double diamond model,innovative research structure;through the big data user portrait,positioning interview users;through the questionnaire method,interview method to explore user needs;using kJ affinity map to sort out user needs;finally,through the questionnaire and interview method and AHP method to get the weight value of each user needs index.Get the priority list of user requirements.The practice shows that the research method based on double diamond model,big data user portrait and KJ-AHP analysis method is highly feasible and applicable.It can provide effective methodology support for other product design in the future.
