摘要 解决现有高铁车站安检门安检效率与有效性低下、操作繁琐、用户体验差的问题,提升产品的易用性与合理性。采用问卷调研与用户访谈法获取目标用户的初步使用需求,并利用KJ亲和图法归类整理建立起高铁车站进站处安检门的用户需求清单;通过AHP层次分析法构建层次模型并计算出各需求指标的权重值;结合产品技术特性构建质量屋,得出产品技术特性权重,指导高铁车站智能人体安检门的具体设计;最后使用PUGH决策矩阵进行设计方案的验证与评价。研究结果表明,将目标用户需求与技术特性的映射关系转换为设计指导要素,完成了科学、合理、易用且满足用户需求的高铁车站安检门设计方案。基于KJ-AHP-QFD集成模型的设计研究方法,提升了设计要素提取的准确度,解决了现有安检门存在的问题,为同类安防产品的设计与开发提供了理论指导。 Solve the problems of low efficiency and effectiveness,cumbersome operation,and poor user experience of existing high-speed railway station security gates,and improve the usability and rationality of products.Using questionnaire research and user interviews to obtain the initial user needs of the target users,and using KJ affinity graph method to classify and organize the establishment of a list of user needs for the security gates at the entrance of high-speed railway stations;Construct a hierarchical model using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and calculate the weight values of each demand indicator;Construct a quality house based on the technical characteristics of the product,obtain the weight of the product's technical characteristics,and guide the specific design of intelligent human body security doors in high-speed railway stations;Finally,the PUGH decision matrix is used for verification and evaluation of the design scheme.The research results indicate that the mapping relationship between target user needs and technical characteristics has been transformed into design guidance elements,and a scientific,reasonable,easy-to-use,and user friendly design scheme for high-speed rail station security doors has been completed.The design and research method based on the KJ-AHP-QFD integrated model has improved the accuracy of design element extraction,solved the problems existing in existing security gates,and provided theoretical guidance for the design and development of similar security products.
