文章首先介绍了大数据时代图书馆的用户需求与特点。然后,讨论了提高用户体验的大数据驱动因素。最后,作者提出了基于大数据的图书馆个性化推送服务质量保障策略。
Firstly,the paper studied the user requirements and characteristics of library under the big data era.And then,the driving factors of big data that improve the user experience were discussed. Finally,the author puts forward the strategy for QOS guarantee of library personal push service based on big data.
