摘要 联合国教科文组织第41届大会发布《共同重新构想我们的未来:一种新的教育社会契约》,该报告是人类社会发展处在特殊的状态下面向全球发布的,显示人类教育当下存在价值分裂与行为孤立的隐忧。为了面对挑战,该报告以立约的方式呼吁全球行动起来,通过确立教育公共目的,重新构想人类的未来,推进教育向真正的和平、公正、可持续的未来转型,重申保障人权原则,建议在教学、课程、教师、学校和跨时空教育等五方面进行变革,鼓励最广泛的社会参与。中国教育界应积极参与应约,解决内部存在的教育均衡、教育权利平等之类的突出问题,推进教育多样化,满足学生成长与社会的多样性需求,共建教育的未来,并通过教育的变革创造全人类共享的幸福。 The 41st General Conference of the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization(UNESCO)issued:Reimagining our futures together:A new social contract for education.This issue was released to the world under the special state of human social development,showing that there are hidden worries of value division and behavior isolation in human education.To face the challenges,the issue calls for global action by making a social contract to reimagine the future of humanity by establishing a public purpose for education,to promote the transformation of education into a truly peaceful,fair,and sustainable future,to reaffirm the principles of protecting human rights,to recommend changes in teaching,curriculum,teachers,schools,and education across time and space,and to encourage the widest possible social participation.Chinese educational circles should actively participate in the contract,solve the outstanding internal problems such as the balance of education and the equality of educational rights,promote the diversification of education to meet the diverse needs of students'growth and society,build the future of education together,and create happiness shared by all mankind through the reform of education.
