摘要 全专业是乡村教师职业生命成长的现实要求,是保障乡村教育工作顺利开展的关键因素。通过对H县乡村教师生活世界的田野调查发现:他们发展原生专业的自然需求在专业教师数量有限境况下,遭受到学生需求异类专业知识的挑战,以及课程设齐开全的标准化教学要求规范下,出现了发展何种专业的困境。其中,以专业知识转化为首的角色壁垒引发的专业情感迁移阻碍和专业能力拓展限制,从教师自我专业生命成长的内外部建起了其全专业生命生长的藩篱。因此,厘清乡村教师适应性专业角色转化之困,是清除乡村教师全专业生长藩篱,激发其全专业身份理性,获得个体和群体全专业生命生长的关键所在。 Full specialization is the realistic requirement of rural teachers'professional life and the key factor to guarantee the smooth development of rural education.The field investigation on the living world of rural teachers in H County found that the shortage of professional teachers in schools requires teachers to change their professional roles.At the same time,the students need different professional knowledge and the standardized teaching requirements of school curriculum make rural teachers face the dilemma of what specialty to develop.The role barriers in the transformation of rural teachers'professional knowledge not only hinder the transfer of professional emotion and the expansion of professional ability of rural teachers,but also build a barrier to the growth of teachers'professional life from the inside and outside.Therefore,to clarify the difficulties in the transformation of rural teachers'adaptive professional roles is the key to clear the barriers of rural teachers'whole professional growth,stimulate their whole professional identity rationality,and obtain the whole professional life growth of individuals and groups.
