公费定向师范教育协同:价值、经验与需要 被引量:24

摘要 公费定向师范教育协同,主要指公费定向师范生乡土文化与师范文化之价值协同、个体经验与书本间接经验协同、个人需要与家国期待的协同等三个方面。然而,目前我国公费定向师范教育存在严重的城市化、标准化与统一化的现代化取向,被视为与其他师范生培养无差别的过程,使得公费定向师范生的乡土记忆、个体经验、文化认同与历史根基旁落,难以培养爱教、乐教、善教的未来乡村教师。其解决路径是:通过教育实践回归乡土、吸纳乡土文化的价值,实现公费定向师范生乡土文化与师范文化的协同;尊重个体经验,包容异质,开发乡土课程,融合个体经验与书本知识,实现公费定向师范生个体经验与现代知识的协同;尊重公费定向师范生的自由选择,增强乡村教师职业吸引力,引导公费定向师范生树立职业理想,以期实现公费定向师范生个人需要与家国期待的协同。 In this article, the coordination of public-funded targeted teacher education mainly refers to the value interaction of local culture and normal culture of public-funded normal students, the collaboration of individual experience of public-funded normal students with their indirect experience of books, and the cooperation of individual needs of public-funded normal students with expectations of their home and country. However, there is a serious trend of urbanization, standardization and unification in the public-funded targeted normal education, which is regarded as a process that is similar to other normal students' training. As a result, the native memory, individual experience and cultural identity of public-funded targeted normal students are not formed on the basis of historical foundations to cultivate future rural teachers who love and enjoy teaching. The solutions are as follows: by returning to the local culture and absorbing the value of the local culture through educational practice, public-funded targeted normal students can realize the coordination of the local and educational culture;by realizing the coordination between individual experience and scientific knowledge by respecting individual experience, accepting heterogeneity in an inclusive way, developing curriculum for village education, integrating experience and book knowledge and re-establishing logic for teaching activities;by achieving the coordination between personal needs and national expectations through the freedom of professional choice for normal students, increasing the appeal of village teacher profession, and guiding normal students to establish professional ideals.
