新生代乡村教师“共生性”文化生产的可能与实现 被引量:4

摘要 新生代乡村教师的文化生产是推动新时代城乡教育结构变迁的关键。已有研究大多认为新生代乡村教师需要从乡村场域的“边缘人”走向“局内人”,然而这类观点所强调的是“片面”的文化生产而非城乡“共生性”的文化生产,属于一种“不完全”的文化自觉,并且容易走向主张文化对立的零和博弈思维、遮蔽主体内在权能资源的“结构决定论”以及对主体的非正义性承认。通过价值立场的辩证转换,以共生、内生、正义的立场重新审视新生代乡村教师及其生存境遇,可以发现新生代乡村教师所处的城乡交叠型文化场域与无意识的城乡二重性文化再生产恰恰生成了其“共生性”的文化资本,使得“共生性”文化生产得以可能。通过集体文化记忆的唤醒、乡村公共治理的嵌入、文化创新使命的担当等路径重建文化权力,能够促成“共生性”文化生产真正实现。 The cultural production of the new generation of rural teachers is the key to promote the change of urban-rural educational structure in the new era.Existing studies often believe that the new generation of rural teachers need to move from“marginal people”to“insiders”in the rural field.However,this view emphasizes one-sided cultural production rather than symbiotic cultural production in urban and rural areas.It belongs to an incomplete cultural consciousness,and it is easy to lead to the zero sum game thinking of cultural opposition,the“structural determinism”that covers the internal power resources and the recognition of the injustice of the subject.Through the dialectical transformation of value position and re-examination on the new generation of rural teachers and their living circumstances from the standpoint of symbiosis,endogenous and justice,it is found that the urban-rural overlapping cultural field of the new generation of rural teachers and the unconscious urban-rural dual cultural reproduction just generate their symbiotic cultural capital,making the symbiotic cultural production possible.At the same time,cultural power is reconstructed through the awakening of collective cultural memory,the embedding of rural public governance and the undertaking of cultural innovation mission,so as to promote the real realization of symbiotic cultural production.
