某车载集防系统方舱内环境数值模拟及优化

Numerical simulation and optimization of cabin environment in a vehicle collective protection system

摘要 根据现有某车载集防系统在高温环境下方舱工作环境恶劣的现象,结合实际情况和理论依据,提出2种加强对流换热的优化方案,并进行相应的数值模拟对比和分析计算。根据工作舱环境相关标准GJB 898A—2004《工作舱(室)温度环境的通用医学要求与评价》,指出通过合理的优化方案设计,可以提高方舱热环境舒适性等级。 According to the harsh working environment in the vehicle collective protec-tion system,combined with actual conditions and theoretical basis,two optimization schemes for enhancing convective heat transfer are proposed,and corresponding numerical simulation comparisons and analysis calculations are carried out.With reference to the rel-evant standards of the working cabin environment-GJB 898A-2004 General medical re-quirements and evaluations for thermal environment of working room,it is pointed that through the reasonable optimization scheme design,the comfort level of the cabin thermal environment can be improved.
