摘要
目的:为了满足机动卫生技术车辆对舱室环境压力测量与调控的要求,设计研制适合卫生技术车辆舱室环境微压力测控系统。方法:选取合适的传感器、电动机和阀门以及各种控制器,根据卫生技术车辆对舱室微环境压力的要求,建立压力测量数据管理系统,设计实现舱室微环境微压控制系统,从而实现舱室内压力快速精确地调节控制。结果:设计的舱室微压控制系统可以根据舱室内环境的需要对舱室压力进行有效而准确的控制。结论:舱室微压控制系统能够根据舱室不同作业功能特点,实现对舱室内微环境压力进行实时、精确而快速的调节,满足人员在舱室内作业时对微环境压力的要求,同时大大提高舱室内人员的舒适性。
Objective To develop room minipressure control system for medical vehicle to meeting the requirements for the pressure measuring and controlling of the compartment environment. Methods Sensor, motor, valve decided and controller for room minipressure control system were selected. The pressure measuring data management system was set up and the room minipressure control system was designed with the realization of controlling the compartment pressure quickly and accurately. Results The room minipressure control system can control the compartment pressure accurately and quickly. Conclusion In the light of the function of the different compartments, the room minipressure control system can control the compartment pressure quickly and effectively, which can satisfy the requirements of the operation and improve the human thermal comfort.
