摘要
右美托咪定(DEX)是一种咪唑类化合物,也是肾上腺素受体激动剂,对α2肾上腺素能受体有高度的特异性和选择性,可产生镇静、抗焦虑以及镇痛作用。目前,临床关于DEX在儿科临床镇静中的研究逐渐增多,尤其是经鼻给药,由于其无创性而更易被小儿接受。虽然已有大量研究证实DEX的“超说明书”用法是有效的,但其在小儿中的应用范围以及安全有效剂量范围仍无具体标准,现将DEX滴鼻在儿科临床镇静中的应用进展进行综述。
Dexmedetomidine(DEX)is an imidazole compound and adrenergic receptor agonist with high specificity and selectivity for α2 adrenergic receptors,and can produce sedative,anti anxiety and analgesic effects.At present,the clinical research of DEX on pediatric clinical sedation is gradually increasing,especially nasal administration,which is more easily accepted by children because of its noninvasive.Although a large number of studies have confirmed that the"off label"use of DEX is effective,there are still no specific standards for its application scope and safe and effective dose range in children.Now,the application progress of DEX nasal drops in pediatric clinical sedation is reviewed.
