不同剂量右美托咪定滴鼻镇静在小儿心脏彩超检查中的应用效果分析 被引量:1

Analysis on the Application Effect of Different Doses of Dexmedetomidine Nasal Sedation in the Cardiac Color Ultrasound of Children

摘要 目的探讨不同剂量右美托咪定滴鼻镇静在小儿心脏彩超检查中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2020年12月在我院行心脏彩超检查需要中深度镇静的80例患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组采用3.0μg/kg右美托咪定滴鼻镇静,对照组采用2.5μg/kg右美托咪定滴鼻镇静。比较两组患儿的镇静效果、镇静不良反应及彩超检查反应评分。结果两组患儿的镇静起效时间及镇静评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的总镇静时间长于对照组,镇静成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿的镇静不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的彩超检查反应评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿心脏彩超检查中采用2.5μg/kg或3.0μg/kg右美托咪定滴鼻镇静均可获得良好的镇静效果,但3.0μg/kg右美托咪定滴鼻镇静的总镇静时间更长、镇静成功率更高,彩超检查反应更好。 Objective To explore the application effect of different doses of dexmedetomidine nasal sedation in the cardiac color ultrasound of children.Methods 80 children requiring moderate-to-deep sedation duing cardiac color ultrasound in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given 3.0μg/kg dexmedetomidine nasal sedation,and the control group was given 2.5μg/kg dexmedetomidine nasal sedation.The sedation effect,sedation adverse reactions and response score of color ultrasound were compared between the two groups.Results No statistical difference was found in the sedation onset time and sedation score between the two groups(P>0.05).The total sedation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the sedation success rate was higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of sedation adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The response score of color ultrasound in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions 2.5μg/kg or 3.0μg/kg dexmedetomidine nasal sedation can obtain good sedation effect in the cardiac color ultrasound of children,but 3.0μg/kg dexmedetomidine intranasal sedation has longer total sedation time,higher sedation success rate and better response in color ultrasound.
