地佐辛预防苏芬太尼诱发呛咳反应的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨麻醉诱导前预先静脉注射小剂量地佐辛对苏芬太尼诱发呛咳反应的影响。方法将100例择期手术患者按数字表法随机分为地佐辛组( D组)和对照组( C组),每组50例。 D组麻醉诱导前给予地佐辛0.1 mg/kg,C组给予0.9%氯化钠注射液。10 min后两组均在5 s内静脉推注苏芬太尼0.5μg/kg。分别记录1 min内苏芬太尼诱发呛咳的次数,呛咳的发生时间(苏芬太尼注射完毕至呛咳首次发生的时间)以及呛咳的强度。结果 D组的咳嗽发生率为0.0%,明显低于C组的30.0%(P<0.01)。 C组的咳嗽发生时间为(24.14±4.38)s。结论地佐辛可有效预防苏芬太尼诱发的呛咳反应。
