摘要
目的研究益母生化汤在产后恶露不绝治疗中的临床效果。方法将2019年1月—2020年6月江西中医药大学第二附属医院接诊的86例产后恶露不绝患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(纳入43例,行西医常规治疗)、研究组(纳入43例,行益母生化汤治疗),对2组的中医证候评分、恶露情况、术后3 d宫底高度、综合疗效进行对比。结果治疗前,组间中医证候评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组中医证候评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组恶露持续时间、血性恶露持续时间、血性恶露量均少于对照组,且术后3 d宫底高度低于对照组(P<0.05);在综合疗效方面,研究组总有效率93.02%(40/43)高于对照组76.74%(33/43)(P<0.05)。结论对产后恶露不绝患者进行益母生化汤治疗,能够改善恶露相关症状,促进子宫复旧,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Yimu Shenghua decoction in the treatment of postpartum lochiorrhea.Methods According to the random number table method,86 cases of postpartum lochiorrhea treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to June 2020 were divided into the control group(43 cases were included in the conventional treatment of western medicine)and the study group(43 cases were treated with Yimu Shenghua decoction).The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,Lochia,the height of uterine fundus in 3 days after operation and the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of TCM syndrome score in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Lochia rubra duration,Lochia rubra duration and Lochia rubra quantity in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the height of fundus was lower than that in the control group 3 days after operation(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 93.03%(40/43)higher than 76.74%(33/43)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yimu Shenghua decoction can improve lochiorrhea related symptoms and promote uterine involution,which is worthy of promotion.
