摘要
目的分析益母生化汤应用于产后子宫复旧不良疾病患者的有效性及可行性。方法选取2021年1月—2021年12月收治的62例产后子宫复旧不良患者,随机数字表法分2组,对照组31例予以缩宫素治疗,观察组31例予以益母生化汤治疗,对比2组治疗后临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候总积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的产后5 d恶露总量及恶露持续时间、子宫体积、产后5 d和42 d的子宫三径之和指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益母生化汤具有良好的活血化瘀、祛瘀生新功效,用于产后子宫复旧不良患者疗效显著,可缩短恶露持续时间,促进子宫恢复,是一种安全有效的治疗方式。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness and feasibility of Yimu Shenghua decoction in patients with postpartum uterine involution.Methods A total of 62 patients with postpartum dysplasia of uterus admitted from January 2021 to December 2021 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group of 31 cases was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group of 31 cases was treated with Yimu Shenghua decoction.The difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The total score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total amount and duration of lochia at 5 days postpartum,uterine volume,and the sum of three diametries of uterus at 5 and 42 days postpartum in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yimu Shenghua decoction has the effects of promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and generating new blood.It has a significant effect on patients with poor postpartum uterine involution.It can shorten the duration of lochia and promote uterine recovery.It isasafeand effectivetreatment.
