摘要
治未病是中医预防保健的重要理论,其核心内容主要为天人合一基础理论指导下的“未病先防”及“既病防变”。药物流产常见并发症为药物流产不全,西医常以清宫术解决,而清宫术常导致子宫内膜损伤等诸多并发症,给患者造成二次伤害。中医药防治药物流产并发症具有独特优势,在治未病理论指导下,在药物流产并发症未发生之前,通过养生调摄及适宜技术积极预防其发生;在并发症发生之后,早期给予补虚化瘀中药及非药物疗法综合干预,促进宫腔残余组织排出,避免清宫操作,减少药物流产不全远期并发症的发生率,保护女性身心及生殖健康,充分发挥中医治未病的临床指导价值。
Preventive treatment of disease is an important theory of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and health care.Its core content is mainly“prevention before disease”and“prevention of change after disease”under the guidance of the basic theory of the integration of nature and human beings.The common complication of medical abortion is incomplete abortion,which is often solved by curettage in western medicine.However,curettage often leads to many complications such as endometrial injury,causing secondary in⁃jury to patients,and traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in preventing and treating medical abortion complications.Under the guidance of the theory of prevention of disease,before the occurrence of medical abortion complications,we should actively prevent their occurrence through health care and appropriate technology.After the occurrence of complications,we should give com⁃prehensive intervention such as traditional Chinese medicine and non drug therapy in the early stage,so as to promote the discharge of residual tissue in the uterine cavity,avoid the operation of clearing the uterus,reduce the occurrence of long-term complications of in⁃complete medical abortion,and protect women’s physical and mental health and reproductive health.It gives full play to the clinical guiding value of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pre disease.
