摘要
目的探讨西医联合生化汤加减治疗妇女产后恶露不绝的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月于本院进行治疗的产后恶露不绝妇女60例作为观察对象,将其采取随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予缩宫素联合头孢拉定治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予生化汤加减口服,两组均治疗7 d。治疗后,观察对比两组患者临床治疗总有效率及相关临床症状改善情况。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为96.67%高于对照组73.33%,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组临床症状改善情况明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产后恶露不绝妇女的临床治疗中采用西医与中药生化汤加减的治疗方式,临床治疗效果明显比单一使用西医治疗更佳,临床效果确切,有效减少阴道出血量和出血持续时间,子宫复旧情况良好,可于临床中广泛应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect ofWestern medicine combined with biochemical Decoction in the treatment of postpartum lochia.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,60 women with persistent postpartum lochia were selected as the object of this observation.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin combined with cefradine,while the observation group was treated with biochemical Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 7 days.After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment and the improvement of related clinical symptoms were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 96.67%higher than 73.33%in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The improvement of clinical symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of postpartum lochia women,the method of adding or subtracting traditional Chinese medicine and biochemical decoction is better than single western medicine.Its clinical effect is exact,it can effectively reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and the duration of bleeding.The condition of uterine involution is good and can be widely used in clinic.
