摘要
目的观察分析生化汤加减对产后恶露不绝的临床疗效。方法选取2019年10月—2020年6月在安徽中医药大学第一附属医院产科住院的90例产后恶露不绝患者,随机数字法分为治疗组和对照组各45例,对照组采用常规基础治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用生化汤加减口服,疗程为7 d,比较两组患者临床治疗的总有效率、中医证候积分、恶露持续时间的改善情况及血浆纤维蛋白原(Fib)的变化。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率为91.11%(41/45),高于对照组73.33%(33/45),两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后在中医证候积分、恶露持续时间明显优于对照组(P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后血浆Fib水平降低明显,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生化汤加减治疗产后恶露不绝临床疗效确切,可改善患者中医证候积分,缩短恶露持续时间,降低血浆纤维蛋白原。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Shenghua Decoction(生化汤)in the treatment patients of lochiorrhea.Methods Ninety patients with lochiorrhea were randomly divided into control group and treatment group(45 cases in each group).The conventional medicine was given to the control group,while Modified Shenghua Decoction was added in the treatment group on the basis of the regimen of the control group.After treatment for 1 week in two groups,the comprehensive curative effect,TCM syndrome scores,the duration of bleeding and fibrinogen(Fib)were observed and compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.11%(41/45),higher than 73.33%(33/45)in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores and the duration of bleeding significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the plasma levels of Fib in the observation group were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional medicine treatment,Modified Shenghua Decoction has a positive clinical effect on patients with lochiorrhea.It can improve the TCM syndrome scores,shorten the duration of bleeding and reduce the level of Fib.
