摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助系统分析产后恶露不绝治疗的中医方剂组方配伍规律。方法:检索《中医方剂大辞典》中收录的恶露不绝治疗方剂,采用中医传承辅助系统,对筛选出的方剂进行组方配伍规律分析。结果:筛选出恶露不绝治疗方剂111个,涉及中药215味;出现频次≥6的药物45个,支持度≥10药物的组合48个,关联规则(支持度≥10,置信度≥0.85)13条;新方核心组合18个,新方剂4个。结论:《中医方剂大辞典》收录的恶露不绝治疗方剂以补血药和活血化瘀药为中心配伍,常以当归和川芎联合,并辅以补气药、温里药及清热凉血药。
Objective： To analyze the composition principles in traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）prescriptions for postpartum lochiorrhea based on the TCM Inheritance Support System（ TCMISS）. Method： The prescriptions for postpartum lochiorrhea in Dictionary of Chinese Medicine Prescription were collected and their composition principles were analyzed after data entry into the TCMISS. Result： Based on the analysis of 111 prescriptions including 215 herbs for postpartum lochiorrhea,there were 45 herbs with frequency ≥6,48 herbal combinations with support≥10,13 association rules with support≥10 and confidence coefficient≥0. 85. 18 new core combinations and 4 new prescriptions were obtained from the databases. Conclusion： In Dictionary of Chinese Medicine Prescription,herbs for enriching blood and herbs for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis were used as the core compositions in prescriptions for postpartum lochiorrhea,often combined with Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Chuanxiong Rhizoma,and supplemented by herbs of reinforcing Qi,interior-warming herbs and the herbs of clearing heat and cooling blood.
