摘要
目的:为提升对四肢骨折患者的临床治疗效果,探讨锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折患者的临床应用效果。方法:采用回顾性分析法,选取2017年1月~2019年10月本院收治的111例四肢骨折患者作为研究对象进行回顾性分析。入选患者按不同治疗方式进行分组,将111例患者分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组有患者75例,对照组有患者36例,给予对照组患者常规钢板螺钉内固定进行治疗,给予观察组患者锁定加压钢板进行治疗,收集两组患者经过治疗后的临床信息并加以分析,对比两组四肢骨折患者恢复效果、手术时间、住院时间、愈合时间及并发症情况。结果:采用常规钢板螺钉内固定的对照组手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间,均高于采用锁定加压内固定手术的观察组,两组数据对比差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总有效率显著低于观察组,数据对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组患者并发症发生率差异显著,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在四肢骨折患者中应用锁定加压钢板治疗手术时间和住院时间更短,能有效改善患者骨折部位功能,提升患者恢复效果,减少患者并发症。
Objective:To improve the clinical effect of locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fractures.Methods:111 patients with limb fractures treated in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The selected patients were grouped according to different treatment methods.111 patients were divided into observation group and control group,including 75 patients in the observation group and 36 patients in the control group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional plate and screw internal fixation,and the patients in the observation group were treated with locking compression plate.The clinical information of the two groups after treatment was collected and analyzed,the recovery effect,operation time,hospital stay,healing time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the control group treated with conventional plate and screw internal fixation were higher than those of the observation group treated with locking compression internal fixation.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05);At the same time,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fracture patients with shorter function of patients,improve the recovery effect of patients,and reduce the complications of patients.
