摘要
目的研究并分析经皮微创内固定术治疗四肢骨折的疗效。方法选取该院于2016年1月-2018年12月收治的218例四肢骨折患者,随机分为两组,对照组109例采用传统切开复位内固定术治疗,观察组109例采用经皮微创内固定术治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果、手术情况以及术后并发症情况。结果观察组患者经治疗后,优75例(68.8%)、良30例(27.5%)、差4例(3.7%),优良率为96.3%,对照组优50例(45.9%)、良44例(40.4%)、差15例(13.8%),总优良率为86.2%,观察组总优良率优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.925,P<0.05)。且术后并发症发生率4.6%低于对照组18.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.843,P<0.05)。同时观察组的切口长度(4.1±0.9)cm、手术时间(46.5±9.3)min、术中出血量(58.2±7.4)mL、住院时间(14.8±1.9)周以及伤口愈合时间(7.2±0.7)d均低于对照组(13.2±3.7)cm、(88.7±10.9)min、(147.1±13.2)mL、(17.1±2.3)周、(13.1±3.0)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=18.942、19.074、17.745、16.208、16.844,P<0.05)。结论采用经皮微创内固定术治疗四肢骨折可提高患者的治疗效果,安全可靠,值得临床推广。
Objective To study and analyze the efficacy of percutaneous minimally invasive internal fixation for the treatment of limb fractures. Methods A total of 218 patients with limb fractures who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. 109 patients in the control group were treated with conventional open reduction and internal fixation, and 109 patients in the observation group were treated with percutaneous microscopy intensive internal fixation, to compare the clinical effects, surgical conditions and postoperative complications of the two groups. Results After treatment, the patients in the observation group were excellent in 75 cases(68.8%), good in 30 cases(27.5%), and poor in 4 cases(3.7%). The excellent and good rate was 96.3%. The control group was excellent in 50 cases(45.9%) and good 44 cases of(40.4%) and poor 15 cases of 13.8%, the total and excellent and good rate was 86.2%. The total excellent and good rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=5.925, P<0.05). The postoperative complication rate was 4.6% lower than that of the control group( 18.3%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=4.843, P<0.05). At the same time, the incision length(4.1±0.9) cm, operation time(46.5±9.3) min, intraoperative blood loss(58.2±7.4) mL,hospitalization time(14.8±1.9) weeks, and wound healing time(7.2±0.7) d were observed, lower than the control group(13.2±3.7) cm,(88.7±10.9) min,(147.1±13.2) mL,(17.1±2.3) weeks,(13.1±3.0) d. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=18.942, 19.074, 17.745, 16.208, 16.844, P<0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous minimally invasive internal fixation for the treatment of limb fractures can improve the treatment effect of patients, safe and reliable, and worthy of clinical promotion.
