摘要
目的:分析锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗四肢骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2018年4月—2023年4月于新疆生产建设兵团第九师医院接受诊疗的70例四肢骨折患者作为观察对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,每组35例。对照组实施常规钢板固定术治疗,观察组实施锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:相较于对照组,观察组骨折愈合总优良率更高(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、骨痂形成时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为5.71%,低于对照组(17.14%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。结论:锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗四肢骨折的临床效果显著,可促进患者康复,缩短住院时间,且术后并发症少。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of limb fractures.Methods:A total of 70 patients with limb fractures who underwent diagnosis and treatment in the Ninth Division Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from April 2018 to April 2023 were selected as observation subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine plate fixation treatment,while the observation group received locking compression plate internal fixation treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher overall rate of excellent fracture healing(P<0.05).The operation time,callus formation time,fracture healing time and length of hospital stay time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.71%,which was lower than that in the control group(17.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011).Conclusion:Locking compression plate internal fixation has significant clinical effect in the treatment of limb fractures,and can promote the recovery of patients and shorten the length of hospital stay,with few postoperative complications.
