摘要
目的 观察并分析中药贴敷联合桃红四物汤加减治疗四肢骨折肿胀的临床疗效,为其临床推广使用提供理论依据。方法 110例四肢骨折肿胀患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组55例。对照组采取常规治疗方式,研究组在对照组基础上采用中药贴敷联合桃红四物汤进行加减治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗后血流动力学指标,治疗前后疼痛评分和肿胀程度。结果 研究组患者的临床总有效率98.18%明显高于对照组的83.64%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的血浆粘度、血细胞比容、高切全血粘度和低切全血粘度分别为(1.94±0.21)mPa·s、(42.33±2.48)%、(5.54±0.86)mPa·s、(6.88±0.68)mPa·s,均明显低于对照组的(3.71±0.58)mPa·s、(49.03±3.02)%、(7.60±1.05)mPa·s、(8.06±1.34)mPa·s,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的疼痛评分和肿胀程度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的疼痛评分(2.07±0.12)分和肿胀程度(2.08±0.31)cm均明显低于对照组的(5.63±1.37)分、(4.39±0.52)cm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 经中药贴敷联合桃红四物汤加减治疗后,四肢骨折患者的疼痛肿胀感明显减弱,临床效果显著,血流动力学指标恢复正常,促进患者的康复能力,改善患者的生存质量,具有临床推广意义和价值。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine external application combined with modified Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of swelling after limb fracture,so as to provide theoretical basis for its clinical promotion and use.Methods A total of 110 patients with limb fracture and swelling were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random numerical table,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine external application and modified Taohong Siwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,hemodynamic indexes after treatment,pain score and swelling degree before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of 98.18%in the study group was significantly higher than that of 83.64%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity,hematocrit,high-shear whole blood viscosity,and low-shear whole blood viscosity in the study group were(1.94±0.21)mPa·s,(42.33±2.48)%,(5.54±0.86)mPa·s,and(6.88±0.68)mPa·s,which were significantly lower than those of(3.71±0.58)mPa·s,(49.03±3.02)%,(7.60±1.05)mPa·s,and(8.06±1.34)mPa·s in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in pain score and swelling degree between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain score of(2.07±0.12)points and swelling degree of(2.08±0.31)cm in the study group were significantly lower than those of(5.63±1.37)points and(4.39±0.52)cm in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine external application combined with modified Taohong Siwu Decoction has significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with limb fracture,which can significantly reduce
