摘要
目的研究中药贴敷联合桃红四物汤加减治疗骨折早期肢体肿胀的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月期间在本院接受治疗的骨折早期肢体肿胀患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机抽取方式将患者分为两组,每组各40例,对照组采用传统西药治疗,观察组使用中药贴敷联合桃红四物汤加减治疗治疗,对比两组患者治疗有效率以及血液流变各项指标。结果观察组患者治疗有效率92.50%显著高于对照组75.00%,观察组患者症状缓解情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨折早期肢体肿胀采用中药贴敷联合桃红四物汤加减治疗,可显著改善肿胀各项指标,提升整体的治疗效果,促进患者血液各项指标的恢复,为后期的治疗提供更加科学的方法。
Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine application combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction on the treatment of early limb swelling in fractures. Methods Eighty patients with early fractures of the limbs who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 in each group. The control group was traditional. Western medicine treatment, the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine application combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction, and the treatment efficiency and blood rheology indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.50%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (75.00%). The symptom relief in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The early limb swelling of the fracture is treated with traditional Chinese medicine and Taohong Siwu Decoction, which can significantly improve the swelling index, improve the overall therapeutic effect, promote the recovery of blood indicators, and provide a more scientific method for later treatment.
