摘要
目的对现代朝鲜族餐饮空间中朝鲜族传统家具的设计与应用进行深入梳理和分析,得出朝鲜族传统家具在现代公共空间的应用。方法以餐饮空间中朝鲜族传统家具风格的发展及嬗变为切入点,分析朝鲜族家具与明代家具在设计风格、种类、取材与装饰工艺上的差异原因;再以朝鲜族文化视域为视角,探索朝鲜族传统家具风格演变、设计、应用。结论揭示朝鲜族独特民族餐饮文化下的“现代功能”。今天的朝鲜民族餐饮空间依然充斥了整个朝鲜族文化空间,从餐饮空间中家具文化寓意来探讨朝鲜族传统的家具运用空间中文化传承基因的隐喻以及对朝鲜族文化的影响,以新的文化空间(“餐饮空间”)传承下来,这无疑是研究朝鲜民族饮食文化的一个新的突破口。
The design and application of Korean traditional furniture in modern Korean catering space are thoroughly combed and analyzed,and the application of its traditional furniture in modern public space is obtained.Starting from the development and evolution of Korean traditional furniture style in catering space,this paper analyzes the reasons for the differences in design style,type,materials and decoration technology between Korean furniture and Ming furniture.Then from the perspective of Korean culture,the paper explores the evolution,design and application of Korean traditional furniture style.It reveals the unique national catering culture under the“modern function”.Today’s Korean national catering space is still filled with the whole of the Korean cultural space.The paper discusses the Korean traditional furniture from the cultural implication of furniture in the catering space,uses the metaphor of cultural inheritance gene in the space and its impact on Korean culture,and inherits it with a new cultural space(“dining space”)This is undoubtedly a new breakthrough in the study of Korean national diet culture.
