摘要
老化是油气田地面工程中非金属复合管失效的主要因素。非金属复合管的寿命主要与管材性能和使用温度、压力等条件有关,可以通过压力设计基础试验来确定管材设计寿命下的压力等级。对4组静液压试验结果进行了不同数据点的置信下限回归分析,结果表明:数据点数的选择会对预测寿命下的置信下限有一定的影响,但数据点选择适当的情况下误差不大;采用简化的压力等级评定方法可满足油气田地面工程应用非金属复合管的需要。建议进一步加强非金属复合管压力设计基础的试验及简化评定方法的研究,为简化非金属复合管压力设计基础验证、加快评定速度、节省试验费用、形成产品评定标准,提供验证数据。
Aging serves as the main failure factor of non-metallic composite pipe in surface engineering of oil and gas fields.The lifespan of nonmetallic composite pipe is mainly in relation to the performance of pipe and the conditions of service temperature and pressure.The pressure rating of pipe design life can be determined by the basic test of pressure design.Four groups of hydrostatic testing results were analyzed by confidence lower bound regression with different data points.According to the result,the choice of data points has a certain influence on the confidence lower limit of the predicted life,but the error is limited if the data points are selected properly;the simplified pressure rating assessment method,if adopted,can meet the needs of non-metallic composite pipe applied in oil and gas field surface engineering.It is suggested we further strengthen the test of pressure design basis of non-metallic composite pipe and carry out the study of simplified evaluation method,so as to simplify the test of pressure design basis of non-metallic composite pipe,accelerate the evaluation speed and save the test cost,form product evaluation standard and present verification data.
