摘要
“双碳”目标的提出,对油气行业的影响巨大。输气管道作为天然气运输的重要渠道,必须确保管道低碳条件下的高效管理与安全运行。管道防腐措施、设置监测装置、明确高后果区管道风险评价、定期开展管道清管作业及管道内部检测是保证输气管道正常运行的必要工作。在日常管理中,加强运行管理、排除外部工程隐患、采用新型的智能化管理系统能够降低输气作业中的能源损耗,从而实现高效管理。
The proposed “dual carbon” target has a huge impact on the oil and gas industry.As an important channel for natural gas transportation,gas pipelines must ensure efficient management and safe operation under low-carbon conditions.The necessary work to ensure the normal operation of gas pipelines is to take anti-corrosion measures,set up monitoring devices,clarify the risk assessment of high consequence areas,regularly carry out pipeline cleaning operations,and conduct internal inspections of pipelines.In daily management,strengthening the operation management,eliminating external engineering hazards and adopting new intelligent management systems can reduce energy consumption in gas transmission operations,thus achieving efficient management.
