摘要
进入21世纪以来,我国天然气发电产业发展态势稳中向好。然而,2019年,我国天然气发电产业发展路线之争成为能源行业关注的焦点。我国大部分气电企业选择发展热电联产。有学者提出质疑,气电企业到底是选择热电联产还是气电调峰?有文献分析,与天然气热电联产相比,气电调峰有着更低的燃气消耗和更高的调峰效率特点。本文对天然气热电联产与气电调峰各自的优势与劣势进行比较分析,对完善我国天然气发电产业发展机制及发展气电调峰提出相关建议。
Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the development of China’s natural gas power generation industry has been stable and improving.However,in 2019,the dispute over the development route of China’s natural gas power generation industry has become the focus of attention of the energy industry.Most natural gas power generation companies in China choose to develop combined heat and power.Some scholars have questioned whether natural gas power generation companies choose cogeneration or peak shaving.According to literature analysis,compared with natural gas cogeneration,gas electricitypeak shaving has the characteristics of lower gas consumption and higher peak shaving efficiency.This article compares and analyzes the respective advantages and disadvantages of natural gas cogeneration and gas electricitypeak shaving,and proposes relevant suggestions for improving China’s natural gas power generation industry development mechanism and developing gas electricity peak shaving.
