摘要
传统的环境影响评价未将天然气发电的环境效益货币化 ,其价值被无偿占有。应用环境经济学理论 ,对天然气发电的环境价值进行评估。结果表明 :相对于常规燃煤发电而言 ,天然气发电的环境价值达到 8.9639分 /(kW·h)。评估为电力市场的环境价值交易提供了参考依据。
The traditional environmental impact assessment (EIA) hadn't convert the environmental benefits of power generation by using natural gas into currency, resulting in gratuitous occupation of their environmental value (EV). By using the theory of environmental economics, an assessment of the EV for power generation by using natural gas has been carried out. The results show that the EV of power generation with natural gas can reach to RMB89.639 yuan/(MW·h), providing basis for reference to the EV trading in the power market.
