摘要
近年来,随着我国天然气长输管道建设快速发展,天然气输送管道距离增加,管道平台接入部门增多,管道建设和管理的集中监控和运行调度已成为管道建设管理的重要技术。根据天然气长输管道建设和管理工作需求,国家相关部门提出了要建设具有数字化、智能化、时效性和安全性的天然气长输管道数字化平台。针对现有天然气长输管道建设工程安全风险高、工作效率及管理水平低等问题,以微服务架构为基础,结合地理信息系统,提出建设感知、数据、知识、应用、决策五个层次的总体架构。通过采用物联网、大数据等技术,设计开发了包括数据采集、质量管理、物资管理、安全管理等功能的天然气长输管道数字化平台,从采集、感知、决策等三方面提升包头-临河数字化管道管理水平,实现了对天然气长输管道进行全方位网络化综合信息管理,有效提升了天然气管道建设工程期的安全管理水平和效率。天然气长输管道数字化平台的建设研究与应用,对提升我国管道管理水平和保障管道安全具有重要意义。
In recent years,with the rapid development of China s gas long-distance pipeline construction,the layout distance of gas pipeline has been lengthened,and the number of pipeline platform access departments has increased.The centralized monitoring and operation scheduling of pipeline construction and management has become an important technology of pipeline construction management.According to the construction and management requirements of gas long-distance pipelines,the relevant national departments have proposed to build a digital platform for gas long-distance pipelines with digitization,intelligence,timeliness and safety.Aiming at the problems of high safety risk,low work efficiency and low management level of gas long-distance pipeline construction project,designs and develops a digital platform for gas long-distance pipeline based on microservice architecture and geographic information system,realizes the acquisition and processing of three-dimensional GIS data,and can carry out all-round network comprehensive information management of gas long-distance pipeline.Introduces the overall architecture,technical architecture and integrated architecture of the platform,and expounds the functional design of the digital platform.The application of the platform in the digitization of Baotou-Linhe gas long-distance pipeline realizes the coordinated management and control of gas long-distance pipeline construction,and improves the safety management level and efficiency of gas pipeline construction project.The research and application of the construction of the digital platform of gas long-distance pipeline is of great significance to improve the pipeline management level and ensure the pipeline safety in China.
