强化试验法对月球样品容器锁紧机构的可靠性评估

摘要 为解决月球样品容器中关键部件——锁紧机构的可靠性评估问题,针对机构的特点,提出了强化试验的可靠性评估方法。该方法通过减少锁紧机构火工作动器的燃药量,降低机构动力源的输出力,再对试验数据进行评估得出可靠性结果。评估结果表明,采用该方法仅需较少试验样本即可实现对锁紧机构高可靠性(置信度0.95下的0.9999)的评估,能够显著降低生产和试验费用。 In order to solve the reliability evaluation problem of the key component-locking mechanism in lunar sample container,according to the characteristics of the mechanism,puts forward the hardened test method to evaluate its reliability.This method reduces the output force of the mechanism power source by reducing the amount of gunpowder of the locking mechanism actuator,the test is carried out under this strict condition,then the data is evaluated and the reliability results are obtained.The verification results show that this method can be used to evaluate the high reliability of the locking mechanism(0.9999 under 0.95 degree of confidence)with only less test samples,and can significantly reduce the production and test costs.
