集输油用非金属柔性复合管研制与性能评价 被引量:1

Development and Performance Evaluation of Non⁃metallic Flexible Composite Pipes for Oil Gathering and Transportation

摘要 针对油气田地面集输管线腐蚀泄露、结蜡堵塞问题,研究开发了一种高性能油气介质相容性好、内压强度高的非金属柔性复合管,并对制备的非金属柔性复合管内衬层进行油品介质相容性试验以及相关力学性能评价。结果表明,在温度70℃、压力10 MPa、0号柴油介质下浸泡1080 h后,内衬管氧化诱导时间(OIT)衰减率为14.3%,远小于普通PE100管材的衰减率(56.9%);拉伸强度衰减率为8.01%,低于普通PE100管材(18.05%),具有较好的耐介质相容性。对制备的DN50 mm非金属柔性复合管进行评价,爆破压力可达37.2 MPa,在最小弯曲半径600 mm下,全周期循环弯曲10次未出现开裂,循环后爆破强度为31.2 MPa。通过长期静液压试验预测寿命表明,在40~50℃和使用压力为9.6 MPa工况下,该管材可正常服役50年。产品各项性能完全满足GB/T 38725.2—2020和SY/T 6662.2—2020相关要求,为油气田地面集输道提供了新的选择。 For the surface gathering and transportation pipeline in oil and gas field,a non⁃metallic flexible composite pipe with good compatibility of high⁃performance oil and gas medium and high internal pressure strength was researched and developed.The prepared non⁃metallic flexible composite pipe lining layer was tested for oil medium compatibility and related mechanical property evaluation.The results show that after soaking for 1080 h at a temperature of 70°C,pressure of 10 MPa and No.0 diesel,the attenuation rate of oxidation induction time(OIT)of lined pipe is 14.3%,which is much lower than that of ordinary PE100 pipe(56.9%).The tensile strength attenuation rate is 8.01%,which is lower than that of ordinary PE100 pipe(18.05%),and has good media compatibility.The evaluation of the prepared DN50 mm non⁃metallic flexible composite pipe,the bursting pressure can reach 37.2 MPa,under the minimum bending radius of 600 mm,the whole cycle is bent 10 times without cracking,and the bursting strength after the cycle is 31.2 MPa,and the predicted life through long⁃term hydrostatic test shows that the pipe can serve normally for 50 years under the working conditions of 40~50°C and use pressure of 9.6 MPa.The performance of this product fully meets the relevant requirements of GB/T 38725.2—2020 and SY/T 6662.2—2020,providing a new choice for oil and gas field surface gathering and transportation pipelines.
