摘要
目的研究鼻内镜下同期手术在鼻中隔偏曲合并慢性鼻窦炎患者中的应用效果。方法在我院2019年9月-2020年12月收诊的鼻中隔偏曲合并慢性鼻窦炎患者中选出146例为对象,以随机数字表法分组:对照组73例患者采用鼻内窥镜下分期手术(鼻中隔矫正术后,再择期行鼻窦手术),观察组73例采用鼻内窥镜下同期手术(在鼻内窥镜下行同期的鼻中隔矫正术和鼻窦手术),对比两组的总有效率、并发症发生率等。结果观察组的总有效率(95.89%)高于对照组的总有效率(84.93%),P<0.05;观察组的并发症发生率(2.74%)低于对照组的并发症发生率(12.33%),P<0.05。结论鼻内窥镜下的同期手术在鼻中隔偏曲合并慢性鼻窦炎患者中应用是可行的,有助于提高治疗效果,减少并发症,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of simultaneous surgery under nasal endoscopy in patients with nasal septal deviation and chronic sinusitis.Methods 146 patients with nasal septum deviation and chronic sinusitis admitted in our hospital from September 2019 to December 2020 were selected as subjects,and grouped by random number table 73 patients in the control group underwent nasal endoscopy In the next stage of surgery (after nasal septum correction,and then elective sinus surgery),73 cases in the observation group underwent simultaneous nasal endoscopic surgery (simultaneous nasal septum correction and sinus surgery under nasal endoscopy).The total results of the two groups were compared.Effective rate,complication rate,etc.Results The total effective rate of the observation group (95.89%) was higher than that of the control group (84.93%),P<0.05;the complication rate of the observation group (2.74%) was lower than that of the control group (12.33%),P<0.05.Conclusion Simultaneous surgery under nasal endoscopy is feasible in patients with nasal septum deviation and chronic sinusitis,which can help improve the treatment effect and reduce complications,and it is worthy of promotion.
