摘要
目的探讨变应性鼻炎伴鼻中隔偏曲患者采取改良鼻中隔矫正术治疗的疗效。方法选择2013年7月~2015年7月接诊的变应性鼻炎伴鼻中隔偏曲患者120例,纳入研究患者临床资料完整,且自愿配合。将患者随机分为两组,每组60例。药物组以单纯布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗,联合组在药物组基础上联合改良鼻中隔矫正术(鼻内镜下二线减张法鼻中隔矫正术)治疗,均进行1年以上随访。观察记录两组患者临床效果、并发症发生情况,并进行统计学分析。结果联合组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于药物组70.00%(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论鼻内镜下二线减张法鼻中隔矫正术治疗变应性鼻炎伴鼻中隔偏曲患者不仅疗效显著,而且安全性也较高,值得借鉴。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of modified septoplasty for allergic rhinitis with nasal septum deviation. Methods 120 patients suffering from allergic rhinitis with nasal septum deviation encountered in our department from July 2013 to July 2015 were enrolled. The clinical data were complete in all the patients with voluntary cooperation. They were randomly divided into two groups with an equal number. For the patients in medication group, budesonide nasal spray treatment was adopted. For those of the combined treatment group, endoscopic septoplasty with two high tension lines resection was performed and postoperative budesonide nasal spray treatment was adopted. All the patients had been followed up for more than one year. Their clinical effect and complications were recorded and analyzed statistically. Results The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the medication group （ 70.00% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups was statistically insignificant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Not only with good efficacy, but also with high safety, endoscopic septoplasty with two high tension lines resection for the treatment of allergic rhinitis with nasal septum deviation is worth of consideration.
