摘要
目的:总结鼻中隔矫正术治疗伴有鼻中隔偏曲的持续性变应性鼻炎的临床体会。方法:在医院2011年3月至2013年3月所行鼻中隔矫正的患者中,筛选出168例采用不同方法治疗的伴有鼻中隔偏曲的持续性过敏性鼻炎患者,随机分成实验组与对照组,2组人数均为84例。对照组患者接受药物治疗,实验组患者接受鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正治疗,术后3周内定期行鼻腔清理、换药,对比其临床疗效。结果:治疗3个月后,对照组效果显著34例,效果一般30例,无效20例,总有效率76.2%;实验组效果显著44例,效果一般33例,无效7例,总有效率91.7%;治疗结束6个月后,对照组效果显著29例,效果一般25例,无效30例,总有效率64.3%;实验组效果显著39例,效果一般34例,无效11例,总有效率86.7%;治疗结束1年后,对照组效果显著25例,效果一般20例,无效39例,总有效率53.6%;实验组效果显著36例,效果一般32例,无效16例,总有效率80.9%,2组患者的治疗效果在每个相同时间段比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:鼻中隔矫正术治疗伴有鼻中隔偏曲的持续性变应性鼻炎的患者有良好的临床疗效,值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the treatment of nasal septum surgery combined with a deviated nasal septum persistent allergic rhinitis clinical experience.Methods:In our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 the line of nasal septum in patients screened 168 cases using different methods of treatment associated with a deviated nasal septum in patients with persistent allergic rhinitis treatment to patients before the start of full explain allergic rhinitis forefront of the current methods of treatment of allergic rhinitis with nasal septum deviation correlation associated with allergic rhinitis,deviated septum nasal septum correction of significance,etc,depending on the patient wishes to choose,divided into experimental group and the control group,two groups were 84 cases of persons. Control group of patients receiving drug treatment,the experimental group patients received endoscopic treatment of nasal septum,nasal cavity after 3 weeks of regularly cleaning,dressing,compared to its clinical efficacy.Results:After 3 months,the control group a significant effect in 34 cases,the general effect of 30cases,ineffective in 20 cases,the total efficiency of 76.2%;experimental group a significant effect in 44 cases,the general effect of 33 cases,7 cases,the total efficiency of 91.7% end of treatment,six months later,the control group,the effect is significant in 29 cases,the general effect of 25 cases,30 cases ineffective,the total effective rate 64.3%;experimental group a significant effect in 39 cases,the general effect of 34 cases,ineffective in 11 cases,the total efficiency 86.7%,end of treatment after 1year in the control group a significant effect in 25 cases,the general effect of 20 cases,ineffective in 39 cases,total effective rate 53.6%;experimental group a significant effect in 36 cases,the general effect of 32 cases,ineffective in 16 cases,the total efficiency 80.9%, two groups of patients in each of the same time period results were significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of nasal septum deviated sep
