摘要
目的:观察芪丹益肺口服液对变应性鼻炎大鼠的治疗作用,并探讨其对肝肾功的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为空白组、AR模型组、中药组及西药组。使用卵清蛋白及氢氧化铝制造变应性鼻炎大鼠模型,连续喂药14d后,对各组进行鼻炎症状评分及检测大鼠血清中谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆红素(TBIL)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、葡萄糖(GLU)、尿酸(UA)、尿素(UREA)及肌酐(CREA)水平。结果:治疗后与空白组相比,AR模型组鼻炎症状评分较高(P<0.05),中药组及西药组鼻炎症状评分无统计学意义(P>0.05);组间比较,各组肝肾功指标参数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。组内比较,同组中雌雄两性相比尿素(UREA)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、白蛋白(ALB)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及肌酐(CREA)指标具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪丹益肺口服液不仅能有效缓解变应性鼻炎的症状,且对于肝肾功能无损伤,值得广泛推广。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Qidan Yifei oral liquid on allergic rhinitis rats,to explore its effect on liver and kidney function.Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into blank groups,AR model group,Chinese medicine group and western medicine group.Rat models of allergic rhinitis using ovalbumin and aluminum hydroxide,after 14 dof continuous feeding,the symptoms of rhinitis were scored and the levels of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),albumin(ALB),total bilirubin(TBIL),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),glucose(GLU),uric acid(UA),urea(UREA),and creatinine(CREA)were measured.Results:After treatment compared with the blank group,the scores of rhinitis symptom in AR model group were higher(P<0.05),Chinese medicine group and western medicine group rhinitis symptom score was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Intergroup comparisons,there was no significant difference in the parameters of liver and kidney function in each group(P>0.05).Intra-group comparisons,the indexes of urea(UREA),glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),albumin(ALB),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and creatinine(CREA)were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qidan Yifei oral liquid can not only relieve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis effectively,and no damage to liver and kidney function.It is worth popularizing widely.
