摘要
目的探究鼻内镜下不同手术方式治疗鼻中隔偏曲的效果。方法将我院2018年4月~2019年12月收治的58例鼻中隔偏曲患者作为对象,随机抽签分为观察组和对照组各29例。观察组应用鼻内镜下改良鼻中隔成形术治疗,对照组接受鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术。对比患者治疗有效率及并发症情况。结果观察组总有效率96.5%高于对照组的75.9%(P<0.05);观察并发症6.9%低于对照组27.5%(P<0.05)。结论鼻中隔偏曲患者采取鼻内镜下改良鼻中隔成形术治疗,疗效显著,并发症低,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of different surgical Methods under nasal endoscopy on the treatment of nasal septum deviation.Methods A total of 58 patients with nasal septal deviation treated in our hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were selected as random subjects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,29 cases each.The observation group was treated with modified nasal septum under nasal endoscopy,and the control group received nasal septum correction under nasal endoscopy.Compare the patient’s treatment efficiency and complications.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.5%higher than that in the control group (75.9%)(P<0.05);the observed complication rate was 6.9%lower than that in the control group(27.5%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with nasal septum deviation who underwent modified nasal septal plasty under nasal endoscopy have obvious curative effect and low complication,which is worth popularizing.
